50.Chapter 50 Ranch’s Opening Performance

Chapter 50 – Ranchi’s Opening Performance

In the demonic classroom that was becoming like a killing feast, time seemed to have been stretched out, and every second seemed extraordinarily long and agonizing.

The candles on the wall lamps were also swaying slightly, bright and dim, like counting down the end of the exams that were becoming more and more accompanied by the approaching death.

Hubert Leanne, sitting in the back row, gave up thinking.

She couldn’t understand at all what Ranch was going to do.

But her previous experience of being together and collaborating had taught her that it would be right to keep up with Ranch’s thoughts for the time being, and that at least she was still sane.

Just need to keep an eye on Ranchi.

Her own duties were more like babysitting in charge of keeping him covered.

And so with Huberian quietly observing, for the next little while, Ranch stopped reporting on the candidates for the time being and looked down at what he was writing on his parchment exam paper.

Like he was waiting for a certain moment.

Until a few dozen seconds passed.

Ranchi put down the pen in his hand and naturally leaned back in his chair with his arms wrapped around it.

Once again, he was incarnated as invigilator number three.

It wasn’t long before Ranch found a student who had attempted to cheat and simply raised his hand to report him.

Huberian bowed her head silently on the sidelines.

She didn’t understand what Rancic was waiting for, but had a feeling that something out of the ordinary was going to happen soon.

This time, it was still the Dragon Demon who was closer to the reported candidate.

He began to stride forward to brutally and joyfully put the cheating candidates to death.

Ranchi leisurely watched the whole situation, but his eyes were not at all negligent in focusing on the two demon examiners.

Now.

There would be a relatively short period of time – the

The dragon demon, following his heart and concentrating on the thrill of the kill, had no intention of focusing on any of the candidates, and the owl demon, with its single, limited perspective, would be caught in a period of visual deadlock.

This was the longest period of dual examiner vision deadlock that Ranch could artificially create.

It was just enough time.

He mumbled the number of seconds in his mind, and at the same time a magic card appeared in his ringed and hidden hand.

As if he was finally sure that he had arrived at a certain moment, Ranchi directly used this [Basic Etiquette] in his hand, selecting one of the Demon Candidates diagonally in front of him and causing him to kneel down to him!

“Dang!”

Instantly that Demon Candidate twisted his body uncontrollably and made a kneeling motion towards Ranchi.

Ranchi also raised his hand again and shouted, “Teacher, he turned around and copied the answers!”

The owl demons in the exam patrol, as well as the dragon demons who were enjoying the afterglow of their abuse, all noticed the demonic candidate who jerked back and knelt on his chair to look back.

This unlucky demonic candidate with green scales around his neck stared straight ahead with tearful eyes, his lips trembling for half a day without being able to speak.

He didn’t know how he was as if he had been possessed, and snapped his head back to look behind him, and then he was reported.

However, such a big action, there is little room for sophistry.

And so.

In the state of the demonic student’s broken state of mind, the two examiners, both of them, walked towards him with quick steps!

Unlike any other time in the past.

Each previous time, one of the Dragon Demons or Owl Demons had acted.

It was as if they followed a rule that would simply determine who could get to the cheating candidate faster while the other continued to maintain the patrol.

Only this time.

It seemed like a kind of coincidence.

They all felt that they should be the ones to be able to reach that cheating candidate first and execute him.

So both the Owl Demon and the Dragon Demon jumped into action first.

“……”

Ranch in the back row lowered his head, his index finger tapping his elbow.

The mind continued to play tricks.

The situation so far was exactly as he had calculated. He had long ago recorded the movement patterns of the two examiners based on time and calculated the movement speed of the two demons.

Therefore it was also easy to project a kind of point in time – the

If one were to report a candidate in a certain fixed location at these points in time, the two examiners, if they set off at the same time, would also arrive at the same time at the side of that reported candidate!
According to the two examiners’ undisguised desire to kill, neither of them would easily give up this opportunity.

Now, this situation had been successfully created by Ranqi.

At the edge of the aisle two rows diagonally in front of Ranchi’s seat.

The Dragon Demon, who was just about to raise his hand to execute the cheating candidate, had his wrist grabbed by the Owl Demon.

“I was first.”

“Don’t be too greedy.”

“Let go.”

“It’s you who should take your hand back.”

The owl demon’s words were icy cold, as if it had built up a grudge against the dragon demon in its heart.

The killing desire of the two high-ranking demons seemed to rise along with their anger, and it was obvious that they gradually shifted towards each other.

“……”

Although Huberian did not turn her head sideways to gaze at the situation of the two rows in front of her right, her heart was already beating wildly!
She seemed to have some idea of what Ranch was trying to do.

It just felt like Ranch was crazy!
But Huberian wasn’t sure if even if Ranchi summoned his ace card [Great Love Poet] at this moment, whether it could completely ignite the anger in the two demonic examiners and make them go completely insane.

Even if the two high-ranking demons have a strong desire to kill, they are still always rational and follow the rules of the examination center and have never moved their hands.

However.

Huberian seemed to have sensed Ranch laughing softly.

Unnoticed by any of the demons in the exam room, a tiny, unnoticeable flying insect on the floor was sneaking up the dragon demon’s toes and climbing into his suit.

[Hail to Friendship Bug]

[Category: Summoning Card]

[Grade: Blue Precious]

[Class: 1]

[Effect: Can learn to hear the target’s voice, and then send out words according to the summoner’s intention]]

[Remarks: You don’t know how to speak, I’ll do it for you]]

This is one of the few finished cards Ranch has produced besides [Basic Etiquette] and [Friendly Communication].

The two Demon Examiners were still threatening each other, their eyes cold, filling the examination room with tense oppression.

At this time when the atmosphere was about to reach the freezing point.

“You slow stupid bird deserves to eat ※ go on, if you don’t give ※ roll, I’ll immediately tear the feathers off your head and stuff them into you ※ go on, just like that ※ sect of your family you’re only worthy of picking ※ up ※ of ※ to eat.”

Dragon Demon’s voice, in his body, suddenly came out towards Owl Demon.

“Roar ……!”

The Dragon Demon just wanted to say something, opened his lips, but along with a sharp pain in his throat could only let out a hoarse hiss.

He didn’t know where the sound came from, and only felt the strength of the owl demon’s grip on his wrist rising!

And the way the dragon demon’s eyes widened in surprise, in the owl demon’s eyes, it looked like it was glaring at him in extreme open-mouthed provocation.

[Hail Worm of Friendship] was a magic card that Ranch had made to be used in conjunction with [Friendly Exchange].

In a head-on battle, this bug didn’t have much of a substantial role other than being able to buzz, as well as being a spammer to mess with the opponent’s mindset.

It could easily be seconded by a single small ranged spell.

Earlier in the third round of entrance exams against a single examiner, Ranch had out of caution brought a full complement of the most efficient iteration of the Wrong Healing Spells card for Rage, specializing only in the ability to single out mages.

This time, however, he would be facing all sorts of complicated situations when he entered the real Shadow World, so he had brought along several blue precious quality first-rank cards from “Lanji’s Fine Arts”.

“When conflicts arise between coworkers, you shouldn’t just swallow your anger, only by venting out the grievances in your heart can you find a chance for reconciliation.”

Ranqi sat in the back row and leisurely rested his chin, looking at the Dragon Demon and Owl Demon who were about to fight, and commented.

He knew that now, it was also time for the two of them to push their hearts out.
