65. Chapter 65 – Dracula and the Hyena

Chapter 65 Dracula and the Hyena
King’s Law University, Faculty of Theology and Law, Theological Faculty Building 1.

Sitting in the ladder classroom full of people, Aiden stared blankly at the old professor who was nonchalantly rambling on about the history of the Star Antimony Kingdom, and couldn’t help but let out a big yawn. He was sitting in the seventh row of the left section, and there were already seven or eight people sporadically sleeping away on their desks below the front.

…… Seriously, why do they, the trainee priests who are going to enter the church after graduation, have to study history as well?
The teenager with brownish-brown curly hair and freckles rested his chin and squinted his sleepy eyes, and said in his mind.

He didn’t hate history …… mainly because Professor Bard’s lecture was so boring.

Besides, I don t need to go abroad and never see the Star Antimony people for the rest of my life. Who cares what the Star Antimony Kingdom used to be called ……

Not only that, but I also have to learn the Star Antimony language that’s upside down and grammatically complex, and just listening to it makes you anxious – could it be that there really are Star Antimony people who would come to pray in the Church of Avalon? Even if they go, they should go to the Church Kingdom.

If there really was a Star Antimony person coming to Avalon, I’m afraid there wouldn’t be a watchdog following him around the whole time. Where does he need to speak the language of Avalon …… to shout in Star Antimony language, there will immediately be people rushing over to interrogate the situation. Those inspectors wearing black hats like helmets react faster than the waiters in the restaurant.

Aiden looked at the podium and began to miss the young lady he had encountered last night in the White Dancing Shoes club.

Putting aside her delicate figure, her elegant dance steps, and her knowledge of literature and art …… alone, the new book by Mr. Bram Stoker that she had recommended to herself, and lent to her, had been quite interesting.

— “Dracula.

A book of letters, diaries, telegrams, newspapers, etc., recording the secrets concerning the death of that Archduke of the now extinct Duchy of Narcissus.

Last night, Aiden had only wanted to read the beginning and the end of the book – in order to have something in common with the mysterious white-skirted lady whose name had not yet been exchanged tonight. In the end, he just read the beginning and couldn’t help but finish it. As a direct result, when he woke up today, he was a bit sleepy.

–Rather than the history of the Star Antimony Kingdom that Professor Bard was now talking about, he now cared more about whether Star Antimony had that kind of horrifying blood-sucking evil spirit or not nowadays.

Because the writing was too real. It didn’t seem like it was fake.

It was said that Mr. Bram Stoker was a dreamwalker, and that he obtained the hidden “alternative possibilities of history” from the dream world. Now it seems possible.

If what is written in the book is true ……, then Star Antimony Kingdom attacked Narcissus Duchy some years ago in order to purify Narcissus Duke who was transformed into a bloodsucking species.

However, the last part of the book, “Narcissus was beheaded by a nameless knight from Avalon with a holy sword”, this kind of ending is too scribbling …… This could be an artistic process, or it could be what Mr. Stoker saw in the dream world. “Another possibility for history”.

In real history, if there is not that nameless knight who can use the holy sword that Lancelot I used – how should that immortal Narcissus male be killed by those of Star Antimony?

But this kind of stuff is simply not taught in history class.

Because they may not be history yet, they may still be secrets.

Maybe those Star Antimony people hadn’t killed him at all, but had been assimilated by him! Or even have corrupted more of the higher-ups, secretly converting them into vampires as well!
In that case, it’s possible that the Buffy Guild has been reborn from Star Antimony ……

Aiden watched the professor on the podium intently, but his mind had flown off somewhere.

And at that moment, he suddenly heard a growing clamor coming from over near the gate.

The noise interrupted Aiden’s imagination.

He looked over curiously and realized it was someone passing by the window.

He immediately recognized the person for what it was-

Aiden’s eyes lit up and he sat upright for a split second.

–It was senior sister Hajna!
Hajna Dane was, without a doubt, a bright rising star at the King’s Law University.

Not only was she generous and gracious, academically outstanding, and with outstanding looks, senior sister, she was always sincere with others, and also hardly ever got angry. She is the first to intervene when other students are in conflict or arguing, and she is also the first to stand up for someone who has been hurt or treated unfairly, to protect them and bring about justice.

Hajna had a high reputation not only on the girls’ side, but also on the boys’ side. She had an excellent figure and long, thick hair – although it was usually tied back in a ponytail, she would occasionally wear it loose. Unlike the soft-spoken “girls of the capital”, who often exclaimed or even fell over, Hajna did not understand this “soft fashion”. Not only does she not alienate herself from the boys, but she even hangs out with them to talk and drink.

And she likes to play soccer. Most importantly, she is very good at it.

Five of the six departments of the King’s Law University had their own rugby teams, and the team of the Department of Individual Tactics even had the opportunity to play against professional teams.

Although in theory, the teams are not exclusively for boys, few girls are willing to play because of the intense physical contact. And there aren’t enough female fans to make up a team.

Hajna was the only woman on the Individual Tactics Department’s rugby team, but she wasn’t a drag, she was a strong support – she was a pretty good wing forward, and had even been praised by the teacher who led the team, who said, “Hajna is the heart of your team”. And has led their team to win many key games.

No matter the sport, the boys’ attitude was very distinct: those who could lead their favorite team to victory and perform exceptionally well were idols.

And if the “idol” is also a beautiful, big-breasted girl, the prestige she can gain is quite terrifying.

Hajna was the “big sister” role, the undisputed star. Although she is only the chief girl of the 95th grade, and is theoretically only responsible for the affairs of the 4th grade girls ……, the younger students of the other grades will also prioritize asking for her help if they have any problems.

However, Hajna also attracted criticism because she often hung out with the boys. Some students who were jealous of her looks and prestige would slander her as a village girl who didn’t know about fashion and art …… but in Aiden’s opinion such comments were not offensive.

The most offensive nickname for Hajna was “Hyena”.

The word is a homonym of her name, which makes it quite insidious.

The reason for calling Hajna a hyena is that hyenas have two characteristics: one is that they are considered unclean and dirty because of their scavenging nature and tend to congregate in smelly and dirty places, and the other is that female hyenas have male-like genitalia. This is an ironic reference to the fact that Hajna acts like a man and is rude and savage, and therefore attracts the admiration and love of many little girls.

There are even rumors that Hajna doesn’t like boys, but rather goes after girls – which is why she is so affectionate and gentle with her schoolmates.

And such rumors could not be dispelled.

Because Hajna, who was so brilliant and extremely popular in the boys’ circle, never found a boyfriend.

The third son of the Minister of Law, Arun, who was one grade younger than Hajna, had courted Hajna. But he was not successful.

Hajna was from the countryside. A handsome minister’s son who knew art as well as literature was a good enough candidate for a relationship anyway. But Hajna didn’t even give him a chance to get involved …… And even more mysteriously, her rejection didn’t make the other man get annoyed and turn love into hate, but instead made him a loyal follower of Hajna.

But now, Aiden realizes.

This rumor may be about to end today ……

–Maybe it’s possible that it’s simply because Aaron isn’t handsome enough.

Because following behind Hajna was the teenager who was being pushed in a wheelchair by a gentle-looking maid.

He had platinum blonde soft hair, and his features were deep and three-dimensional. Just gazing gently at Hajna in front of him gave a sense of deep concentration. Those deep blue eyes seemed to always be full of smiles.

And Hajna, who was walking in front of him in a big way, was no longer as spontaneous as in the past when she didn’t even turn her head back. Instead, she walked three steps and turned back, paying close attention to the teenager behind her. It was as if they were afraid of losing each other.

When their eyes occasionally meet, the two will also smile at the same time.

No matter how one looked at it, it felt like Hajna was paying extra attention to him.

“–Ewas?!”

Aiden subconsciously said the other party’s name.
