169. Chapter 167: Aleister Must Be One of Yours

Chapter 167 – Aleister Must Be Yours
“You could say that, Mr. Lloyd. This is not a threat, but a declaration: even if I die, I will take a bite out of you. I would advise you to think twice.”

Boca did not hide his hostility and aggressiveness, “Everyone has their weaknesses. And you can’t always be so lawless – there’s always someone in Avalon who can cure you.”

But Tommy only felt ridiculous.

“Thinking twice?”

Tommy grinned, “Yes, I’ll mull it over.”

Even if I’m being forced by Meg, that doesn’t mean you can talk to me so hard!

However, a thought suddenly popped up in his mind – could it be that he was approached by Meg, and that there was Boca’s guidance behind this matter?
Or is it true that Boca is behind this matter?
So Tommy narrowed his eyes slightly and asked tentatively, “The power of the Shadow Demon, it’s very powerful, isn’t it?”

“It is indeed strong, but I am not weak either.”

Boca’s voice trailed off, “Mr. Aleister has already asked me nicely. And when do you plan to come to me?”

–Boca really did know Aleister!
Tommy exclaimed wildly in his mind, and felt the world open up.

If he started from this point, his mission would be accomplished in three days!

The demon possessed by the Shadow Demon was called Aleister, information that Boca shouldn’t have known, at least not this early. Even Grand Arbiter Meg didn’t know more information, not to mention Boca, who didn’t have much of a relationship with the Inspectorate and the Inspectorate.

In other words, it was that Boca had known who Aleister was for a long time!

It was even highly likely that Aleister was one of his people!
No wonder he would agree to make a move against Aywas by himself so sharply.

Because Boca knew from the very beginning that nothing would happen to Aiwas at all – unless there was a special need, how could a demon with a brutal character choose to capture Aiwas alive?
Tommy even felt that Aiwas wasn’t kidnapped at all. Rather, he had been deliberately hidden by Vice President Boca to give Avalon officials a reason to put pressure on themselves!
-In other words, Aiwas was actually faking his death!
This matter would undoubtedly lead to Noble Red being cracked down on, and Lloyd’s Register would be pressured by association. The one who would bear the brunt of this would be himself …… And when he was cursed by Meg and Lloyd’s fell apart, he would become a hero of Lloyd’s and even Avalon when he turned Aiwas out again.

What public recognition, the topic of public opinion …… Boca has not always read this?
Good math, really good math!

Sure enough, he had been silent, but not weak. And just in the brewing of a sure-fire this strike …… Tommy also had to admit that Boca had indeed succeeded this time.

Even Tommy himself, who had initially thought that the Shadow Demon was one of the Noble Reds, hadn’t even thought in Boca’s direction. Because Boca had no motive to do so. But he thought about it now-wasn’t his own death the best motive?
If he hadn’t realized that Aleister was Boca’s man, and had instead focused on going over to the Junction to find …… him for the past three days, there was no way he could have found him. And the hostility and embarrassment expressed by Tommy would probably have caused the Junction to voluntarily abandon Tommy, or even kill him early to silence him.

What a ruthless Boca!
If he doesn t move, he will take his life!

He originally thought that the other party was a rabbit that only made holes, but he didn’t realize that it was actually a crocodile that was pretending to be dead wood there!

Tommy’s eyes were filled with killing intent.

The half-breed giant had to carefully grasp his anger to keep himself from easily crushing the microphone.

“Of course I’m coming for you, Mr. Boca.”

Tommy laughed in a low voice, a grimace like a malevolent ghost, “Be careful …… Of course, being careful won’t help.”

With that, he hung up the phone.

On the other side, Boca’s face was unusually gloomy.

It was said that the information would be sent over only in the afternoon, but there wasn’t a single word of truth coming out of Minister Drost’s mouth – he had sent Diomides to send the information over in the morning. He was so wary, to the point of not fully trusting even his own allies.

It was also seeing that intelligence that made Boca certain that Aleister was President Lloyd’s man.

Joining Noble Red without knowing the identity of his mentor?
–How was that possible.

Drost didn’t know, but Boca knew …… very well that this wasn’t the process at all for the Noble Red Association’s initiation.

It starts with studying the partially granted knowledge of Demonology and Ritualism through the mail as a reserve member. When the understanding was almost complete, two full members would be sent to conduct the examination.

First there was an interview, then a written test. After passing both, there is the initiation ceremony.

“–We are all Fists of Trauma, Hands of Clutching Blood, and Blades of Scalelessness.” To show one’s determination by beating a man to death alive with one’s fists – killing someone with one’s fists is different from using a cold weapon, and the feeling of using a cold weapon is different from using a firearm. It takes a long time to kill a person with his fists, and in between there will be begging, wailing, and screaming from the other person until he is finally whacked to death.

This ritual will give a person a strong shock. It will also bring about a complete awakening of one’s evil thoughts. This is to prevent a person from learning it for a long time and then suddenly having a “conscience” and deciding to quit.

After all, there are many people who are simply interested in the occult, or who have the potential to transcend the path. But they don’t realize what kind of profession a Demon Scholar is……. If they join Noble Red without completely falling into darkness, there is also a possibility that they will suddenly regret it.

After that, one would have to disembowel the other with a knife and perform the first ceremony with the person they killed with their own hands, officially stepping into the First Path and becoming a Transcendent beyond the Path.

Once all of this is done, one receives the ring of “Noble Red” and is recruited as an apprentice by a tutor who has no apprentices, and continues to learn under his or her tutor.

Unless it’s a case like Ivars – a wild Demon Scholar who kills the ring bearer and is dragged in directly by a senior member – there is no need for an initiation ceremony. That way there is no need for an initiation ceremony.

But that’s a Demon Scholar, and not a Demon.

Demons are very dangerous, and even Noble Red is very wary of demons, and initiation can’t be that casual. For example, that lawyer from the Hermes family, it took a lot of effort for him to join the Noble Red association.

And the membership process that Drost said was basically all wrong. In other words, that Demon called “Aleister” must have been tricked – he hadn’t joined the Noble Red Society at all, but the other party knew the Noble Red Society’s philosophy and had gotten his own ring. That meant that the person who had tricked him must also be a member of the Noble Red, and must also be a mentor.

Wanting to utilize the Shadow Demon, he didn’t want to introduce him to the association properly; as a mentor, he didn’t dare to tell the apprentice his name; and the most crucial thing was that there weren’t many mentors who had a free ring in their hands lately.

Noble Red had been planning to make some big moves lately, and the personnel around the Glass Island were basically only in fixed groups of two. The empty mentors were just these people from Lloyd’s.

He knew for sure he wasn’t, and Lawyer York had been killed.

–Then wouldn’t the only one left be the President of Lloyd’s?
After all, there were no other possibilities left.

When Boka first heard “Mr. Lloyd sends his regards”, he was a little suspicious, wondering if the other party was deliberately trying to lure him towards Chairman Lloyd. After all, he really didn’t want to mess with that bastard who was always prone to losing his mind – he wasn’t reasonable at all and always liked to force others to obey him.

But after receiving the information from Minister Drost, Boka immediately realized that he shouldn’t take any chances.

If he retreated any further, he would die!

Lloyd’s murderous intent had begun to be undisguised, and he was planning to take this opportunity to finish himself off and throw the pot on himself!
Aleister was definitely Lloyd’s man!

But his ally has already been killed ……

Boca was in a heavy mood.

Laurhope was a fourth energy level Demon Scholar, one step away from becoming a Demon Incarnate; and he had also found a Demon Alest who was possessed by a Shadow Demon to help him. They could come and attack themselves at any time, and it was highly likely that the rituals he had set up in advance would be discovered and broken – after all, there was a chance that Laurhope would pull in the Noble Red as well.

There were serious ritual researchers in the association.

It was said that there used to be a Spell Ceremony Mage legacy in the Junction, unlike now when it was completely controlled by the royal family. But even though the spell mages’ inheritance was broken now, the knowledge of rituals and curses left behind by their predecessors still existed.

In other words, one was already in an incredibly dangerous situation.

Then he had nothing to fear.

He only had one chance …… for his own life, and he intended to soldier on.

But if it was done correctly, perhaps it was possible for him to wash his hands of it.

As long as he could get Ivars back –

With a broken heart, he made that call:
“Honorable Great Guardian, this is Bran Boca.”

“Yes, I’m turning myself in. I’m also going to denounce Tommy Lloyd, the president of Lloyd’s, by name for committing thirty-six major crimes of murder, kidnapping, and extortion …… and apply for the Witness Protection Program.”
