Chapter 375: Nonsense

Chapter 375 Nonsense
Saul agrees to Penny’s request.

Next, he had to go back to the elf’s colony first and bring those wizard apprentices who were behaving oddly first.

Saul walked out along the red carpet, the once black and white planet had disappeared.

He closed his eyes again as he started down the stairs.

His mind couldn’t help but recall the huge depression on the backside of the planet.

Could a normal planet really survive in the universe in such a form?

And what did it mean to be surrounded by pure white thrones in space?

Was it an elf watching for something?

The way back was quick, and Saul opened his eyes as he entered the fourth level of the room, then picked up speed again and was soon back in the first level of the rotunda.

And Agu was still standing in the same place waiting for him, while the normal staircase that was there had surprisingly disappeared.

“What happened?” Saul withdrew his sight and turned his head to ask Agu.

“After you entered that twisted staircase, the normal staircase disappeared.” Agu said immediately.

“Did I make a choice and the other way disappear?” Sol scanned the ninth hall, where there was no longer any sign at all that another staircase had ever existed.

He had chosen the twisted staircase by listening to his intuition and his connection with Penny.

If he had chosen another normal staircase, what would he have seen?

Would have still seen the planet that was normal on one side, but had a huge abyssal depression on the other?
Could he still see that pure white throne?
Thor looked to Agu, “Did you view anything after the stairs disappeared?”

Agu lifted his hand, it reached out from his wide wizard’s robe. His palms were bloodied, with two separate penetrating wounds in the center of his palms, and he could see his clothes behind them.

“I picked up two cryptocrystalline masses.”

“Why are you saying this now?” Saul immediately stowed the cryptocrystalline mass into his skin, this kind of thing could be lost if he wasn’t careful, it had to be hidden close to his flesh to work.

“Forgot, just remembered when you asked.” Agu said with a straight face.

Saul shook his head helplessly, the body of consciousness’ physical sensing of the vessel it was in was much worse than normal, even though he had already reminded himself of the existence of the Cryptocrystalline Plasm in such a blood-soaked way, he still easily forgot.

“Since the other staircase has disappeared, let’s not linger.”

The two of them passed through nine more halls with the same layout and retraced their steps back to the first hall of the palace.

“I’m going to bring Kong Sha and the others here.” Pushing open the door of the palace, the world outside the door had returned to silence.

Agu followed them out, “What does master want to do?”

“Go back, back into the open and talk.” Thor looked out, the enemies that had just terrorized him were gone.

The black land was devoid of the huge black tentacles that had just been there, and the mountains in the distance had regained their tranquility.

The deep forest on the other side was lush and green, and there were no white humanoids that stood with their heads hanging down.

“Heh, after completing the mission, one by one, they all hid?”

Whether it was the creepy humanoid figures that were bubbling with cold air or those huge Soul Devouring Devil Swamps, they were not enemies that Sol could deal with.

However, they themselves were bound by some kind of power that prevented them from acting recklessly within the valley.

Otherwise, the sorcerer apprentices hiding in the elven settlement would have been slaughtered clean by them long ago.

“These guys and Penny should have the same purpose. But Penny is looking for the meaning of existence in ……?” Saul’s eyes flickered and beckoned for Agu to follow him.

It wasn’t long after the two had retraced their steps into the fall of the Elven Valley that they met Morton and Herman, who had come looking for them.

“Master!” Herman stiffly rushed forward and almost collided with Sol, he looked Sol up and down and breathed a sigh of relief, “Master, are you all right? Just now those trees suddenly blocked us from coming over, and later on, we also saw the huge tentacles in the distance …… But master, those tentacles and algae seem like ah, it can’t be that algae is out of control, right?”

Morton, however, realized that An wasn’t by Sol’s side and looked towards Agu.

Agu raised his finger and pointed to his brain.

Morton dawned on him and his face heaved a little.

Thor pushed Herman, who was fast rushing to his face, out of the way, “There’s a lot going on, let’s go back and talk about it, it’s still elven territory and not very safe.”

They hurried all the way back to the white house.

There were no trees in a hundred meter radius here, only grass just above their ankles, and a pile of strange white houses.

There were also four sorcerer apprentices with different faces.

“You’re even alive? Impossible, I clearly heard the sound of life disappearing.” Saul’s face was cold, “I did die a guard.”

He looked towards the other three who had gathered around.

These people were vaguely approaching in a tendency to surround him.

He laughed coldly in his heart, then raised his voice, “Although one person died, but I found a way to leave the Elven Valley because of this!”

The steps of the four sorcerer apprentices stopped at once. One by one, they looked towards Saul, some delighted, some astonished.

Saul’s gaze swept over the four faces and finally stopped on Kong Sha.

Kong Sha was smiling at Saul, seemingly happy to see him return alive.

“How do I get out of the valley?” Monroe couldn’t wait to come up.

“We need to get into the palace again.”

Everyone’s faces changed once again when Saul said this.

It was as colorful as if a dye booth had been opened.

Monroe didn’t expect it either, he seemed to want to say that Saul must be crazy, but he couldn’t.

“You’ve been inside the palace?” Seeing Saul nod, Mark frowned, “If you’ve been in the palace, we won’t be able to confirm your current mental state.”

After they were chased out by the palace’s furnishings and furniture, some people did re-enter the palace to try and find a way out of the valley, or to negotiate with the presence in the palace.

But when they came out again, they were either insane or dead. What was even more frightening was that they would also strike out at the companions around them.

There was no defense against that.

Then they became wary of everyone around them.

“I can prove it.” Saul suddenly let go of his hand and let his mental waves spread out.

As his mental power swept over everyone, they all could feel that Saul’s mental body state was very stable at this time.

Of course, after this drastic spreading of his spiritual fluctuations, Saul’s mental body still shook slightly, but the fluctuations were so small that they did not reach the level of appearing abnormal at all.

At the same time, everyone who was swept by Saul’s mental fluctuations heard a sentence.

It was just that they didn’t know that the others had heard it as well.

And the four people who heard this sentence, whether it was the mentally tense Monroe, the crazy-faced Cassillo, the alert and careful Mark, or the cozy-faced Kong Sha, each and every one of them didn’t have the slightest change in their expression.

“Sure enough ……,” Saul with a smile on his face, let the people check their own state, but in his heart he chanted, “One and all are not fools.”

Those who could survive until now in the Elven Valley, there might be crazy people, but there were definitely no fools.

“Now you all believe that there is no problem with my state, right?”

Some people looked flickering, some hesitated, and in the end, it was surprisingly Kong Sha who spoke first.

“Of course, your mental state is more sane than most of us, and I believe that you are not crazy. So, can you tell us how we are going to enter the palace without dying in the siege of those white figures?”

Saul said indifferently, “If we can’t hold out until we enter the palace, then we’ll just die here.”

He spread his hands, “It’s not like I’m really here to save you guys.”

An eerie silence spread amongst the few, and in the end, it was still Kong Sha who spoke first.

“Well, it looks like we’ll have to go our own way. However, how can you prove that after entering the palace, we will be able to leave the Elven Valley?”

“It’s simple.” Thor said, “The elven treasures were stolen from within the palace, and if we return to the palace together, we will be able to bring back the person who stole the treasures, instead of having to go through the trouble of trying to determine who is a thief and who isn’t here.”

Mark listened but shook his head, “We’ve thought about this solution you mentioned. But as soon as we get close to the palace we will be attacked. And …… who can be sure that if we bring back the person who stole the treasure, the existence in the palace will let us go?”

“Yes,” Monroe chimed in, “we were all in the palace when that thief stole the treasure, but we still let him escape. The truly innocent people, however, all died in the palace.”

“If you guys are bent on running, you will naturally die. But I have entered the deepest part of the palace and discovered the secrets there.”

“What secret?” Monroe immediately became excited.

“The highest level of the palace has a pure white throne. The person who ascends to the throne can control the Elven Valley to a certain extent!”

Saul looked around the crowd and started babbling with a composed face.
