Chapter 625 – The Original Owner of the Mutiny

Chapter 625 – The Original Owner of the Mutation
“Kismet!”

Seeing the blue-haired wizard’s tragic death, a wave of anger surged up in Lucy’s heart, as if she saw her best friend’s death in the war again!
However, Lucy’s identity and responsibility made her still restrain her emotions and asked Kismet on the second floor.

“Did you kill Blue Hair?”

Kismet seemed to have just seen Lucy, and the sneer on her face increased a bit more, “He was the one who sought death first oh!”

He looked up into the distance and suddenly closed his eyes and took a deep breath, as if feeling the humidity of the air through his nose.

“It’s almost dark, time to sleep.” Snapping his eyes open again, he looked at Lucy and Brando, “Would you like me to play you a lullaby? Or a lullaby?”

Only when he suddenly raised his hand and grabbed his collarbone, yanking it outward with a sharp tug, he yanked a small, silver-white harp from his body.

Lucy just felt a surge of anger almost break through her skull, and what was left of her sanity told her that everyone here had been tainted by the bizarre power of the manor, and that everyone was now moving towards tyrannical regicide.

But if this continued, they would soon kill each other until the last one survived, twisted by the killing.

“Can’t do it!” Lucy held on to the last string in her heart, pulling back Brando who was already preparing to rush up to the second floor.

Golden arcs of electricity pulsed through the two men, driving the urge to kill with pain.

Lucy didn’t launch an attack, but Kismet, who was standing by the second floor window, was not polite.

His fingertips brushed against the harp, and a crisp sound rang out, but it was accompanied by a horrific whine.

A layer of protection immediately appeared in front of Lucy, only to be directly shattered by an invisible force in the next second.

She had to violently jump away to the side to avoid the subsequent succession of attacks.

“His resonance has become so strong that it shattered my protection almost instantly …… I’m afraid that no ordinary sorcery can maintain stability in front of Kismet.”

“The open space is not in my favor.”

In the next second, Lucy and Brando rushed into the old manor once again.

And just as they entered the manor’s gates, the sound of the piano outside stopped.

Just after entering the manor, that cranky feeling actually became more and more obvious, as if there were hundreds of ants following the cracks of their bones and drilling into all corners of their bodies.

“What the hell is this pollution?” Brando looked at Lucy in agony.

“This powerful influence must be the eye of the wind!” The electricity in Lucy’s body was barely helping her keep her sanity.

“We must find the location of the eye of the wind and seal it as soon as possible.”

“Though it’s not clear what the Eye of Madness is that you guys keep talking about.” Brando raised his head, “But this nasty feeling seems to be coming down from above.”

Lucy thought back to the entire structure of the manor that she had seen outside the manor.

“The highest point of this manor should be that tower!”

……

Saul was heading down the rotating staircase to the top of the actual tower.

Just halfway down, he vaguely heard a few crisp strings and the sound of something breaking.

“The sound of the piano is a bit familiar, it can’t be Kismet, can it?”

The Kismet was lyrical, used a few times to play embarrassing pieces of music, and mostly involved in combat.

Saul hadn’t seen anyone else since he entered the manor, and then realized that he couldn’t leave the manor even if he wanted to.

The entire manor was blocked by an invisible membrane, and once inside the gates, it was impossible to even think of jumping out of a window.

The bottom line is that when Saul tries to try and get away from the old manor, the diary comes out to stop him.

“The others were physically immobilized outside the manor. But I entered the manor and found myself in an inverted space. One could only faintly hear footsteps but see no one.”

Descending the stairs, Saul listened with his ear to each floor he passed.

Listening to hear if any footsteps brushed against him.

Only the chaos of just now seemed to dissipate with the passage of time, and the entire manor was once again terribly silent.

Both the footsteps of unseen people and the randomly fabricated figures of flesh and clay had disappeared without even realizing it. Raising his guard, Saul stepped down to the last floor of the room.

Judging from the depth of the descent, this room should have come to the ground floor, yet there were surprisingly windows around the room.

Only that it was pitch black outside the windows.

Saul pinched his fingers and lit up the faint fluorescent light.

In this room is also empty, only in the center floor, there is a puddle of stained black.

Saul slowly walked over to it, and smelled the strong odor of blood from the stain that looked like it had obviously dried up.

When he carefully tested it with his spiritual power, he again discovered the twisted chaos embedded within the stain.

Suddenly Saul’s body jerked as an even more overbearing radiation came from overhead.

The effects of this radiation instantly annoyed Sol to no end.

It was as if hundreds of little people had been stuffed into his chest cavity, scratching and slapping at it.

It always made him want to give himself a stab to the chest so that he could feel a painful thought.

However, Saul resisted this irritation, while the pages of the book that clattered inside his head gradually suppressed the effects of the radiation.

“What’s happening?” Saul looked up in dismay, and a bad feeling surfaced in his heart.

At this moment, the small algae beside him shook violently, and the little girl who was tightly bound by it suddenly melted into mud-like flesh.

Flesh-colored juice mixed with dark red flowed down the gaps of the black tentacles and became a puddle on the ground.

Little Algae was a bit confused, it didn’t seem to understand, obviously it hadn’t exerted any force, how did the person bound by it turn into mush?

Watching the slime already crawling towards the dirty black traces on the ground, Sol’s first thought was to release the partition and block the slime.

However, the magical partition was like a fragile layer of cellophane that was easily corroded and broken through.

Saul stepped forward again, and his spell-casting movements were affected by the terrifying radiation that once again struck above his head.

He was a step too slow, and the little girl’s flesh squirmed onto the black stain in the center of the ground and instantly disappeared.

The chaotic aura overhead didn’t seem to affect the slime’s movements.

But strangely enough, the little algae didn’t seem to be affected much either.

It even opened its teeth and claws and tried to bite off a piece of the meat slime.

But it was pulled back by Saul as he gripped the end.

“Algae go back!”

Sol was now resisting the chaotic aura coming from above while keeping an eye on the movements of the meat slime, and no longer had time to watch over Little Algae, so he could only let it go back first.

“What the hell is happening up there? Could it be the eye of the wind?” Saul frowned, “But this stained brightening here is also rather abnormal.”

Where exactly was the eye of the wind?
The sudden change made Saul anxious, he stopped observing and stood with his hands hanging down, the fingertips of his right hand suddenly turned translucent gray, softened, and morphed like honey, flowing onto the ground and gradually spreading to the vicinity of the black stain.

The diary did not signal an alarm.

Gray tentacles gradually took shape on the ground, circles of sharp and razor-sharp teeth poking out of the suckers at the base of the tentacles.

“Scandium!”

The tentacle flung downward violently, sticking to the black stain, and then yanked upward with force ……

A sound of tape tearing rang out, and the gray tentacle unexpectedly pulled a twisted face out of the flat ground!
Saul squatted down and looked at the deformed and rotting face.

It should be the face of a middle-aged woman, but looking at the proportions of the features, it was similar to the little girl who had turned into mush.

“If I’m not mistaken, you should be the original owner of the old manor, the sorcerer who was alienated due to pollution, right?”

Suddenly traveling, next chapter at night 。。。。 Before twelve o’clock!
