Chapter 510: The One Who Strikes First, Lives

Borrowing money from a random stranger on the street to look for your best friend because he’s been missing for many days?

This thought process was equally clear.

Still, given that refusing might upset the little girl, Saul reached into his coat pocket.

Just as Saul was about to use the cover of reaching into his pocket to take the silver coins out of the storage, he suddenly noticed a woman approaching angrily not far away.

Raising his eyebrows, Sol immediately pulled out his coat pocket, which was cleaner than his face, and then said to the little girl, “I’m so sorry, I’d love to lend it to you, but I don’t have a single silver coin.”

Seeing that Saul hadn’t taken out anything, the originally angry woman eased her face.

The little girl, on the other hand, puffed up her face after having her hopes raised and then dashed, “You’re so big, why do you still have no money? What a useless adult!”

The woman behind her came up and knocked the little girl on the head.

“Dang!”

The sound was very loud.

“Why do you borrow money from random strangers? What if you borrow money and run out and disappear like little Claude?”

“I was wrong, mom.” The little girl covered her head and didn’t dare to contradict the woman, so she could only cast her spiteful gaze at Saul.

Saul immediately leaned over and touched the little girl’s head, “How about this, you’re young and it’s not safe to go out, let me help you find Little Claude.”

The little girl was instantly happy, “Little Claude is my best friend, you must help me find him!”

Saul nodded with a “hmmmm”, “But before that, I need to know some of Little Claude’s characteristics and think about where to find him.”

The little girl immediately jumped up and said, “Little Claude is the naughtiest, he likes to play hide and seek with me, hiding anywhere so I can find him.”

The girl’s mom clearly had a bad opinion of Little Claude.

“He’s such a liar, he says he can make the big trees do his bidding, and he can take the form of the village chief. I think he’s the one who always impersonated the village chief and ended up being locked up by him.”

The woman said, her face grimacing, “Maybe he was locked up and killed.”

Saul changed the topic again, “Where is the village chief’s house?”

The woman pointed to the best looking white house at the end of the main road, “That’s it.”

Saul immediately left the two men for the time being and headed for the village headman’s house.

“Knock knock knock!” He knocked on the door of the white house.

“Ring ring ring ……” A series of ethereal and pleasant bells rang out.

Soon the gate was opened.

However, seeing the person who opened the door, Saul was stunned.

Herman: [This person?

The person who opened the door possessed messy red hair and a huge nose that set off his small eyes and mouth.

But the difference between this man and young Claude is that he looks to be in his thirties.

Not a little boy.

“Hello, I’m looking for the village chief.”

The man on the other side of the table gave a gentle smile, “I am the village headman, Grand Claude.”

Although he knew that some places would differentiate the identity of people with the same name by increasing the size before addressing them, these two people’s features were too similar, right?

Saul asked tentatively, “I heard that Little Claude was missing and came over to look for him, may I ask you and him?”

Big Claude sighed softly, “I’m his older brother.”

What a huge age gap between these two brothers.

“Village Chief do you know what happened when young Claude disappeared?” Sol continued to ask.

“Come in and talk.” Big Claude invited Saul in, “I’m not sure why he disappeared, but I would have been the last person to see him.”

This village chief was neatly and cleanly dressed, and his demeanor was not too much like someone from a small village.

“A sorcerer lord passed by today and saw Little Claude’s talent and wanted to take him as an apprentice and bring him along. Alas, but little Claude didn’t want to, and I was afraid that the wizard lord would get angry, so I scolded him, and as a result, he suddenly ran out. Until now, he didn’t come back. I went looking in many places, but I couldn’t find any.”

Just after saying that, Big Claude saw Saul staring straight at himself, “What’s wrong?”

“When did you say Little Claude disappeared?”

“This morning, if you want to ask the exact time, it was around 10am.” The other man obviously didn’t understand what Saul was saying, and thought back carefully. Agu: [This village chief also has problems. Everyone else says that little Claude has been missing for many days, but he says that he just disappeared today].

AN: [Could this Big Claude be Little Claude? So he doesn’t know he’s missing?]

Agu: [But he’s the village chief, and the others still know that the village chief isn’t missing.]

“Maybe it’s not that complicated.” Sol muttered.

“What?” The village elder, Grand Claude, didn’t hear and asked.

A black blade suddenly appeared behind the village chief, then cut off his neck with a single slash!

Herman and the other four: [?!

Saul stood up and moved the village chief’s body to a corner out of sight of the window, then pushed the door open and walked out.

“The village chief and the others have different perceptions of the time of Little Claude’s disappearance, it could be that the village chief died earlier than the others.”

Saul returned to the street and didn’t go far before he saw the peasant woman who had once killed him walk out in high spirits.

At the same time a youth climbed out of a house window and got into the lane between the two houses.

Saul recognized at once that the man was the one who had been stabbed to death with a pitchfork by the farmer and had fallen from the second floor.

Saul followed the man into the gap between the two houses. The man in front vaguely felt that someone was following him, but before he could turn around, a black blade sliced off his head.

Moments later, Saul steps out and knocks on the door of the next room.

“You’re here?” The farmer was quite happy to see Saul return, “My wife just happened to go out to buy soup base, when she comes back you’ll be able to have a delicious thick soup.”

Saul smiled and thanked him, following the farmer into the room.

A few minutes later, the farmer’s wife came back and only saw Saul sitting alone in the living room, she looked at the unfamiliar face and was a bit wary, but quickly remembered something.

“Hello young man, you are the guest my old man invited back, right? Where is my old man?”

Saul stood up, “Yes, hello ma’am. Mr. John has gone upstairs.”

“Oops,” the peasant woman covered her face and laughed, this time not flustered at all, “How can I call you ma’am, you look like you’re in your teens, call me auntie.”

The peasant woman smiled and was about to go to the kitchen to make soup for Saul.

Saul followed behind, “What kind of soup is Auntie making?”

The peasant woman came to the stove and opened the lid of the soup pot, “Where do we farmers have any good ingredients, but just picking up big bones that other people don’t want ……”

“Gudong!”

“Wow!”

As soon as the peasant woman finished her words, her head fell into the soup pot.

Saul exited the kitchen, closing the door in the process.

He glanced at the staircase cabinet, which had begun to ooze a bright red liquid, and once again exited the farmer’s home.

The four Consciousnesses, who had been merely surprised when Saul had suddenly made a move to kill the Mayor of Great Crowder, were now silent.

Next, Saul’s black blade transformed into the scythe of the God of Death, meeting those who had fallen without any communication and killing them directly.

If he met two or three people who acted together, he split the black blade into many and killed them at the same time. Simply do not give each other the opportunity to raise the intention to kill.

In this bloody road, Saul’s control of the dark spirit blade is more comfortable, he can even divide the dark spirit blade into dozens.

Reaping life felt completely different from simply practicing sorcery. He could get feedback from his opponent’s body of the spirit being torn apart.

This allowed the Dark Spirit Blade, which was itself a dark attribute sorcery, to progress by leaps and bounds.

When Sol killed his way to the outermost part of the village, he saw two guards still chatting under the outermost hut.

Two dark shadows silently appeared at the back of the two guards’ necks.

With a flash of the black shadows, the two headless corpses collapsed helplessly.

Saul slowly walked out of this small village, “Once I kill everyone here, no one will be able to rise against me again.”

He left the last house and stood at the end of the only street in the village, looking back at the completely quiet village.

“So, the rule here is, the first one to do it, lives.”
