Chapter 441 The Teaching Program
As he was about to drive out of the forest into one of the closest towns to the Sorcerer’s Tower, Saul’s wagon brushed up against another single-rider wagon.
The driver of the carriage subconsciously looked over.
The hat on top of his head was suddenly toppled off, and a white mushroom twisted desperately.
The coachman’s face changed and he shouted to the soon to be distant two-rider carriage, “Is it Lord Saul?”
The two-rider carriage didn’t stop, but its speed gradually slowed down, and seeing this, the coachman immediately turned his horse around and chased after him.
Because the turn was too sharp, the person sitting in the single-rider carriage almost threw himself out of the window.
However, the anger that had just welled up on his face disappeared when he heard the name shouted by the coachman.
His entire upper body poked out of the carriage window, poking at the window frame and shouting, “Senior Sol! The Knuckles Duchy suddenly invaded the Kemah Duchy, and now the border is seriously dead and wounded, and Archduke Kira is also being besieged by a number of second-order sorcerers ……”
As he spoke, the carriage caught up, only to see that the one driving was actually a woman.
And looking at the attire, it was still a third level sorcerer apprentice!
The other party lifted her chin to look over and said carelessly, “Lord Tower Master has already traveled to the Kemah Duchy, your news is outdated.”
“Really?” The apprentice who had caught up with him first froze, then let out a long breath.
With the Tower Lord going over to help, even the most powerful second rank would be no match.
He retracted back into the carriage and said to the driver in front of him, “You did a good job, but there’s no need to chase.”
As a result, the coachman was still shaking the reins and approaching Saul’s carriage.
“Lord Saul, are you traveling far?” As the head of the carriage was side by side with the window of Saul’s carriage, the mushroom-headed coachman asked out somewhat anxiously.
“It’s you.” Saul finally poked his head out of the carriage window and saw the familiar face of the coachman, as well as the mushroom on his head that was anxiously swaying from side to side.
“Yeah, probably won’t be back for a long time.” Sol replied with a smile.
He also wondered a bit how the mushroom cart driver had realized he was going to be traveling far.
The coachman was even more anxious when he heard that, “Then, my lord, let me drive for you? The journey is a long way ……”
The coachman glanced at Herman, who was sitting in the coachman’s seat, “You may need a more specialized coachman, and that wizard lord will be freed up to help you with other things.”
Saul’s final destination for this trip was the Land of the Unknowns, and although he intended to go elsewhere before then, the coachman would probably die on the way if he followed him.
Saul didn’t answer immediately, but it was Ann, who was sitting across from him, who rested her arm on the car window, and then leaned on her chin and said, “We’re not going on an excursion, but people can die on the road at any time, oh.”
The coachman said anxiously, “It’s okay my lord, I’ll hide if something goes wrong, and you don’t have to save me if it’s really dangerous!”
An’s eyes lit up and mischievously dug back into the carriage, “Master, let’s take him with us. This guy is very non-existent when he hides!”
Saul looked up and locked eyes with An, “Indeed, I have also noticed this, but I am not sure of the cause, do you know why?”
Ann smiled wryly, “I have an impression of this condition of his. Most ordinary people die quickly after being parasitized by a demonic creature, but there are a small number of lucky ones that adapt to the parasite and can even feed back on the demonic creature to reach a state of co-prosperity. This carny was most likely the case. The mushroom that parasitized him is weak, but tenacious in life and very non-existent, belonging to the kind of creatures that might survive even a natural disaster outbreak!”
“Wow! I want that ability too.” Herman, who was rushing ahead, marveled.
However, Agu and Morton looked at each other without commenting.
Herman finally stopped the cart and moved his body to the side, with the intention of giving way to the mushroom cart driver.
The Mushroom Chevalier also stopped his car in a hurry and steadied himself, then looked at the sorcerer’s apprentice in the car.
“Go ahead, go ahead.” The apprentice in the car had no intention of being difficult at all, and he was happy to climb a bit of friendship with Saul in a place like this.
One must know that it was usually very difficult to meet this Tower Master’s own apprentice.
Still lying on the car window, An said with a smile, “Thank you, Your Excellency. Are you majoring in the fire attribute?”
The apprentice who was left alone in the carriage had a happy heart and nodded his head in a hurry.
An extended his hand and cracked a small slit in his palm. A dark red speckled egg, not much bigger than a thumb, was squeezed out of it.
Anne’s palm shook again gently, and the egg fell into the other’s hand.
“The egg of a fiery owl, but you need to use a corpse to hatch it, so you have to be quick!”
That apprentice was overjoyed. He had seen the name of the Flaming Owl in the registration room, but the credits needed for redemption were too many, and he could only look on and sigh.
He didn’t expect to get one casually today.
“Thanks a lot, my name is Philip, I’m a level 2 ……” He looked up in surprise and wanted to continue to pull deeper into each other’s relationship, only to see that the Mushroom Cart Driver had already climbed onto the opposite cart frame and couldn’t wait to drive the cart away.
As if someone was chasing a debt behind his ass.
With a casual wave of his hand to Fili, Anne retreated back to the wagon.
Fili held the fiery owl’s egg, still a bit incredulous, but then remembered, “Right, we need to find a corpse to hatch the egg as soon as possible …… I remember that it doesn’t have to be a human corpse, it can also be a large beast …… “
Thinking of this, Fili suddenly froze.
He, how did he remember …… that the girl just now took the egg out of the body?
Fili’s forehead instantly squeezed out a few drops of cold sweat.
……
Saul’s carriage passed through the town closest to the wizard’s tower and didn’t enter to stop, but drove directly to the lakeside cottage that Saul had rented on the outskirts.
There were still some of Saul’s belongings here to be taken along.
Having a familiar and seasoned coachman was convenient, Saul only mentioned it and the mushroom coachman quickly drove to the place.
There was still a portion of Algae’s doppelganger left outside the lakeside cabin, and when he arrived at the place Algae hopped off to retrieve it.
As a result, while the others were packing up their things, the little algae that ran back brought back two items for Saul.
A somewhat crumpled letter.
A soggy notebook with a plastic cover over it.
“What’s this?” Saul took both items.
Algae: “……”
Little Algae: “Aba aba aba aba ……”
Agu walks over with a stack of books in his arms, “Master, I suggest letting Little Algae learn to recognize and write. It can leave doppelgangers everywhere, and the doppelgangers have a certain level of consciousness, making it good monitoring material. However, if it discovers something but has no way to accurately inform you, the ability to monitor will be much reduced.”
“Well,” Saul nodded as he looked at the two items in his hand, “That’s right, although I can get some vague information through the spiritual connection between me and Komoro, it’s naturally more accurate to be able to put it into words. Xiao Zao’s mouth construction shouldn’t be able to speak, so learning to write and recognize words needs to be on the agenda.”
Saul had already planned to make Xiao Zao a monitoring device for his wizard tower.
Compared to those grudge fragments in the Black Iron Coffin, he naturally trusted Xiao Zao more at the moment.
Ann dropped the work in her hands and ran over to join in the fun, “Haha, I can teach it Undead Whispers.”
Morton continued, “My Noah’s text is not bad.”
Agu grinned, just short of having a pair of glasses to push on him, “I dabble more widely.”
As they spoke, a few of them settled on a teaching plan to improve Zo’s literacy.
Little Algae has no eyes, but judging from its left look, right look, bobbing head ……
It must be very happy, right?
